- Mixed group of participants work together to solve a common organizational issue in a setting that mirrors real-life conditions to eliminate functional biases and ensure fair understanding of roles.
- Participants are aided and coached to perform their roles but will be required to produce their own synthesis of information and resolution steps.
- Individual performance in each competency will be assessed via written evidences, and hence their results ratings are auditable.
