How

  • More than 600 branch and sales managers were involved over a 12-month leadership program.
  • A series of entrepreneurial program was designed to equip participants with business, people and process competencies via business simulations, on-the-job assignment and group coaching.
  • Potential leaders and entrepreneurs were identified to take on bigger roles in their expansion plan.
