To ensure sustainability, the Group needed to identify & mobilize potential leaders across different industry sectors within the Group to fill leadership gaps.
How
- 300 senior managers across various business functions from more than 7 subsidiaries were involved in a 6-month rationalization project.
- Identified growth directions of each subsidiary in tandem with external trends & internal consistency to provide strategic input for critical leadership and functional requirements.
- A strategy map was established to execute a massive leadership redeployment & development to successfully close the succession gaps.
